We have been operating as a managed service provider for SD-WAN solutions since 2015 and are one of the partners with the highest certification status in the market. During this time, we have successfully rolled out more than 5,000 locations in over 80 countries worldwide and provided over 10,000 lines. The depth of process and operational expertise we have gained in the process enables us to minimize risks and reliably avoid unplanned follow-up costs for our customers.
Our managed service approach is deliberately modular: instead of a rigid complete package, we offer a flexible building block system in which each element can be selected individually and tailored to the customer’s requirements – right up to comprehensive end-to-end support.
As an aggregator, we provide wired and wireless connectivity worldwide and take care of its operation—including the management of existing lines and contracts.
All services are consolidated in a central line and contract management system, with uniform, transparent billing in a single currency. This enables us to offer our customers global connectivity from a single source, clearly structured and manageable at all times.
With many years of experience in international shipping, we reliably manage exports and imports—including to non-EU regions—from Germany. We also deliver to countries with restricted delivery options wherever possible and simplify customs processes through Incoterm DDP deliveries, including support with import licenses.
Our multi-level warehouse management with special depots – some of which are located abroad – enables us to comply with demanding SLAs. On request, we set up customer-specific storage locations and guarantee short delivery times: usually within 24 hours within Germany and within three working days within the EU.
As the backbone of our support, the Network & Security Operations Center monitors all technical and security-related processes. Customers are connected directly to our own team of IT specialists in Germany – without any detours via chatbots or external call centers.
Support is available around the clock, 24/7, bilingual as standard (German and English), and can be expanded to up to 26 languages for international projects. With three-shift, double-staffed teams, we ensure reliable, high-quality service at all times.
Our centralized billing system offers complete transparency and clarity—with monthly invoicing, automatic currency conversion, and consolidated reports for easy cost control.
The hardware rental model ensures that devices are always up to date, supported, and covered by warranty, and can be used without high capital investment.
This allows customers to benefit from clear operational and financial advantages, optimized liquidity, and predictable IT costs over the long term.
As part of our end-to-end support, we offer our customers 24/7 monitoring of their locations and lines. If a location can no longer be reached or a line fails, our customers are informed around the clock and we initiate troubleshooting. This proactive monitoring allows us to detect faults early and minimize or prevent downtime in advance.
For customers who want to handle their own monitoring, we offer reactive support: After a failure is reported, we assist with root cause analysis and accompany the troubleshooting process until restoration.
